We have advised on the set up of a number of successful Build to Rent development platforms and formulated bidding strategies on over 3000 residential units. To date we have been successful in advising on the acquisition of over 2000 units and retain a significant number of units under development management.

We have advised Balfour Beatty Investments, Camborne Capital, Revcap, Social Capital Partners and several private clients and institutions on setting up of their Build to Rent platforms.
